INGREDIENTS 4eggs, separated 1tablespoonbutter 3tablespoonssoft breadcrumbsor cracker crumbs 3tablespoonshalf-and-half 1/2teaspoonsalt 1/2teaspoonsage 1/2teaspoonpepper 1cup cookedspinach DIRECTIONS Separate eggs. Beat egg whites. Mix the rest of ingredients. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Place mixture in a heavily greased double boiler. Steam for one hour.
